The bylaws

Ratified by the Board. Enforced by the Neighborhood Watch.

Be a good neighbor. No hate, harassment, slurs or drama.
No spam or self-promo. Unsolicited flyers go in the recycling.
No backseating unless the VP asks. He will ask. Eventually.
No spoilers. Campaign, story, all of it.
Mods are the Neighborhood Watch. Their call is final. So is Smoke's.
Twitch's Community Guidelines apply. County code beats HOA code.

Penalties: Violation notice (timeout). Repeat offenders are evicted (ban).
